Fleet Captains: Below you will find information and links for your various activities.

  • Fleet Captains and Regatta Chairs should use the Invitational Regatta Checklist HERE.

    There is also a series of videos on our YouTube page with additional information for Hosting an Invitational Regatta.

  • If you are running a clinic and would like to utilize a club powerboat for coaching or support, please fill out the Powerboat Request Form.

    The page includes a link for use of the facilities for debriefs or chalk talks.

  • If your fleet is interested in hosting any championships or major events at SSA, please fill out this Application and email to the Fleet Captain to submit to the Board for approval.

  • Details regarding club usage can be found HERE.

    The page includes the Post Event Checklist and it should be filled out and submitted every time the clubhouse is utilized.

  • Clean-up at the end of each day using the Post Event Checklist.

    Submit your After-Regata Accounting within 14 days of the end of your event.

    Submit an article for The Breeze. Include a minimum of one photo and a separate write up. See samples HERE. The more content you provide, the more content available customize your Fleet’s news section.

Post Regatta Follow up

For both Series and Invitational regattas, the club would like to post an article highlighting your event on The Breeze, the more regular postings that occur, the more the content on your Fleet’s individual webpage will be tailored to your fleet’s news.

After Regatta Accounting is required for both Invitational regattas and Series regattas that are held on a different system.
